Why the Alumni Exists

Most Architects are highly trained in design.

Very few are trained in commercial psychology, pricing strategy, or negotiation under uncertainty.

That gap is where stress lives.

This space exists to close that gap.

Welcome to the Alumni.

Most Design Professionals make commercial decisions alone.

This gives you a place to pause and make them with more confidence.

No. The group includes architects and design professionals working across residential, commercial, and mixed practice, the common thread is decision pressure, not project type.

  • Have had success

  • But still find themselves second-guessing under pressure

If you’re early-career or still learning the basics, this isn’t the right fit.

Most groups focus on sharing ideas.

Yes, indirectly and sustainably.
Higher fees come from better decisions, stronger positioning, and fewer last-minute concessions.
This group exists to support exactly that.

That’s normal.
Use the group when decisions arise, stay quiet when they don’t, and access recordings or resources as needed.
