What is the Small Practice Mastermind Group?

Running a design firm is challenging… you don’t have to do it alone.
This group is an opportunity to connect with your peers, and find out how they run their design firms. Find out how they charge, when they charge, how they deal with scope creep and what’s working (and not working!) for their firm.
The group meets once a month (via zoom) under the guidance of a fee proposal specialist.

Who Qualifies for the Group?

To join this group you must meet the following criteria:

  • be the owner (or part-owner) of a Design Firm
  • provide residential or commercial design services (not suitable for architects who specialize in public sector)
  • be willing & able to participate in monthly group (zoom) meetings
  • be prepared to share what’s working and not working in your practice

How Many People are in the Group?

Groups are limited to 10 participants. Registration is available on a first-come, first-served, basis.

When Does the Group Meet?

The group meets on the first Wednesday of every month at 1 pm (EST). All meetings are conducted via zoom. Meetings are hosted by a Blue Turtle Consulting fee proposal specialist.

What Does the Group Expect from You?

The group expects your commitment, participation, honesty, punctuality and confidentiality.
