Is this Template suitable for all projects?

Project Size:

The Small Works Fee Proposal Template can be used on any size project; however, it’s a 6 page Template and is therefore generally recommended for use on projects smaller than $250,000 in construction cost. Our Multiple Fee Proposal and Client Architect Agreement Template is more suitable for larger projects.

Percentage & Lump Sum Proposals:

This Small Works Fee Proposal Template allows for a percentage fee or a lump sum fee proposal.

Hourly Charge-out Rates:

The Small Works Fee Proposal Template includes a section for hourly charge-out rates which can be used to calculate fees for additional work.

How many times may I use the Template?
